  • Admission Form details as per 10th class marksheet
  • Self attested copy of matriculation or its equivalent certificate for DOB testimony
  • Self attested copy of mark sheet of qualifying examination
  • 1 recent passport size photograph pasted on main form and 3 extra
  • Proof of residence (Aadhar card mandatory, Passport/Voted ID/Ration Card/ Driving License/ Telephone/ Electricity Bill)
  • Proof of payment (Demand Draft/ Receipt of cash deposited)
  • Migration/ Transfer Certificate in Original and 2 self attested photocopies
